Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a very popular and effective treatment technique for several types of muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries. Soft tissue injuries can be debilitating and frustrating, and Graston Technique® is a common form of IASTM therapy which is successful in effectively targeting and treating soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute, or post-surgical.

Graston Technique® utilizes specialized stainless steel tools of different shapes to detect and treat or “break up” scar tissue and fascial adhesions, which allows for faster rehabilitation and greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.
